Position OverviewReporting to the Mine Operations Engineer, the primary purpose of this role is to support Mine and Clerical tasks/responsibilities, effectively and efficiently. This position will work from the mine site and with both internal and external resources in order to ensure that the position objectives are met.ResponsibilitiesCreation, support and publishing Safety ReportsContractor ManagementTimesheets & InvoicesAdministration within the Operations groupQualificationsProven experience in administration, clerical or similar roleKnowledge of office procedures and processesProficient in Microsoft Office, working knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilityExcellent communications skillsStrong attention to detail and a reliable problem solverSchedule5/2 – Monday to Friday with a possible option of 4/3 – Monday to Thursday.
