Your Role In Supporting Our MembersAs a Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will serve as a trusted partner to a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. Operating within a dynamic and highly regulated financial services environment, you require sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision. You will play a critical role in enabling the effectiveness of the CPO and the broader People & Culture function by ensuring seamless coordination, strong stakeholder management, and operational excellence.This is a Permanent, Full-time role based at our Vancity Head Office. This role will require you to predominantly work in-office five days a week, with some flexibility to work from home from time to time.How You'll Make An ImpactPartnering closely with the Chief People Officer by anticipating needs and proactively managing complex schedules, priorities, and commitmentsCoordinating executive calendars, leadership meetings, and enterprise forums to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and key stakeholdersPreparing high-quality correspondence, presentations, briefing materials, and reports to support executive and Board-level decision-makingActing as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment at all timesManaging highly sensitive and confidential People & Culture information, including executive talent discussions, labour relations matters, and organizational changesSupporting Board and Executive Committee engagement through the coordination of materials, logistics, and follow-up actionsCoordinating People & Culture initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely execution and follow-throughOrganizing leadership meetings, offsites, and team forums by developing agendas, preparing materials, and documenting outcomes and minutesEnhancing operational efficiency by maintaining organized documentation systems, managing budgets and expenses,

The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program,
