With over $5 billion in revenue and more than 20,000 employees in 600 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions.About the PositionMaintain and analyze the general ledger and monthly activities from divisions and acquisitions into Oracle ERP system (including financial reporting software Oracle Hyperion)Participate in the month-end close process, including responsibility for revenue reporting on Day 1 of the close, along with review of journal entries and the P&LResearch, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metricsAssist in integrating M&A deals into the existing operations,
including tracking of earnout calculationsImprove upon existing reporting as requested by managementProvide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisionsContribute to preparation of business presentations for Executive managementHigh degree of involvement in annual budget processReview and maintain producer compensation reportingAssist Finance management with day to day tasks and special requestsPosition RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance preferredHighly proficient MS Excel skillsStrong ability to learn systemsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and willingness to work overtime, particularly during the month-end close and budget processProactive drive to get things done and anticipate what is neededAt least 3 years of experience preferredJOIN OUR TEAMDo you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
