On-Call Commercial Cleaner (As Needed)

We are seeking a motivated and dependable On-Call Commercial Cleaner to join our team as needed. This is a flexible, on-call position with no guaranteed weekly hours. Shifts will be offered based on available jobs, client needs, and new contracts.

You will provide cleaning services across various commercial locations, helping maintain clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients.

Duties

- Clean commercial spaces including offices, restrooms, lobbies, common areas, restaurants, and other facilities
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
- Clean and sanitize washrooms and high-touch surfaces
- Remove garbage and replace liners
- Restock supplies as required
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and properly
- Follow site-specific cleaning instructions and safety procedures
- Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards
- Assist with deep cleaning and other cleaning projects when required

Requirements
- Commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Reliable and punctual
- Robust attention to detail




- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability, including possible evenings, nights, and weekends
- Able to perform physical cleaning duties such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation is required to travel to different client locations
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment is an asset

Schedule This is an on-call / as-needed position. There are no guaranteed weekly hours. Successful candidates may be contacted when shifts or new cleaning contracts become available. Regular hours may become available in the future.
