The Glencoe Golf & Country Club is looking for full-time and part-time seasonal On-Course Attendants to work in our ‘quick service’ On-Course Outlets for the remainder of the 2026 golf season. As a Seasonal On-Course Attendant, you will create exceptional experiences for our members and guests by providing high service levels on-course and work on a team of serviced focused individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver accurate and efficient service to members in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain overall cleanliness of on-course outlets
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of all menu items offered on-course while assembling hot and cold food items in accordance with cooking preparation methods and safe food handling
- Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members
- Maintain productive stock, rotating product based upon first in first out practices (FIFO)
- Ensure all opening, closing, and shift changeover duties are completed daily
- Comply with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards and Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission requirements

Qualifications:

- ProServe certification is required
- Must be comfortable operating deep fryer and flattop cooking equipment (training will be provided)



and prior experience with basic food handling is an asset
- Confident to work with limited supervision, and enjoy working outdoors
- Must be comfortable with the duties of the position for the duration of the shift and lift heavy supplies weighing up to 20lbs
- Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills while being a service-oriented individual
- Knowledge of golf courses and golf etiquette is considered an asset
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification is preferred
- Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to our location

Additional Details: These are full-time and part-time positions that report to the Restaurant & Outlets Manager. Successful candidates will be required to work through to the end of the Golf Season (typically mid-late October) with the potential to extend depending on business requirements. Successful applicants will be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays, so a flexible schedule is required.

The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check as well as Respect in the Workplace online certification prior to commencing employment.
