Primarily assisting with recruitment and following up on required documentation with candidates to complete the hiring process. Volume on average of 30-40 calls per day including electronic communication Assist with drafting and updating HR documents and correspondence. Assist with the administration of HR programs and services, including benefits.
Conduct HR-related research, as assigned. Assist with other projects and administrative duties as assigned. Completed one year of College or University in HR discipline. Ability to communicate effectively, confidently and professionally.
Ability to take initiative,
work independently, prioritize and meet tight deadlines. Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with proven attention to detail Demonstrate sound judgement and robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong team player and work ethic. Ability to deliver a high-level of customer service with candidates during the recruitment process. Possesses integrity and sensitivity to confidential information.
