Finance Manager

You won't just be overseeing the numbers; you will be rolling up your sleeves and managing the full financial process from start to finish. What You Will Do:

End-to-End Financial Management:

Own the full-cycle accounting process from daily transactions (AP/AR, payroll, bank reconciliations) to high-level strategic reporting.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor cash flow, and provide financial forecasting to guide strategic decisions.

Audit & Compliance:





Coordinate the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and ensure strict adherence to all not-for-profit accounting standards and tax regulations.

Grant Management:

Oversee financial tracking and reporting for various grants and funding sources.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and streamline financial processes to improve efficiency within our small team.

Must-Have Qualifications:

CPA Designation:

Active and in good standing.

10+ Years of Full-Cycle Accounting Experience:

You have a deep, hands-on understanding of financial operations from the ground up.

3+ Years of Not-for-Profit Experience:

You have proven exposure to the NFP sector and understand the unique nuances of fund accounting, grant reporting, and NFP compliance.

Team Fit:

You are comfortable working in a small, intimate team setting. You are collaborative, adaptable, and happy to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
