Your skills in financial analysis, negotiation, and presentation will be vital in conducting training sessions and advising teams on underwriting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct risk evaluations for large financial cases • Achieve service turnaround in under 24 hours • Offer support as a resource in underwriting • Negotiate with both reinsurers and sales staff • Lead training sessions for advisors on underwriting processes

Requirements: • 10 years of relevant underwriting experience • At least 5 years in Mid Market underwriting • Preferred ALU and FLMI designations • Bilingual in French and English • Strong skills in negotiation and presentation
