Lighthouse Wellness Centre is hiring a Clinical Counsellor / Independent Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Brandon MB. You'll provide in-person counselling to individuals, couples, and families (ages 3+) under a cost-share model, with the flexibility to build your own caseload and practice. This is a long-term opportunity for someone ready to commit to at least one year while developing a lasting career with us. About us

Lighthouse Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary practice where counselling, therapeutic play, psychological services, Brainspotting, and mediation come together under one roof. We work with individuals, couples, and families from age 3 up, and that range shapes how we hire and how our team supports one another. As independent practitioners, you build and run your own practice here, with a team around you for consultation, collaboration, and support along the way. Our work culture

Educational background of BSW, BScPN, MSW, MACP, or equivalent In good standing with your regulatory/licensing body, with current liability insurance Able to manage intake, assessment, and treatment independently within your scope of practice Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Willing to commit to a minimum of one year, with a desire to build a long-term career here Preferences

Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation Experience working with young children and adolescents; or Experience working with couples Responsibilities

Conduct intakes, assessments, and counselling within your areas of specialization Keep clear, concise client records Prepare letters, reports, and referrals as needed Take part in case consultation and team meetings Job Type:
