As part of the Finance and Administration team, the Procurement Manager serves as a trusted subject‑matter expert and advisor, leveraging competitive sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and data‑driven insights to maximize value, reduce total cost of ownership, and mitigate risk. You will play a key role in strengthening procurement governance, driving efficiencies, and providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders.Pay Rate:$40.87-$43.27/hour (based on experience)Location:North York, ONShift:hybrid role (2 times in office, 3 days work from home)Job type:Temporary | Full‑time | 1 year contract, with a possibility of extension based on business needsVacancy Status:This posting is for an existing vacancy.Procurement Leadership & StrategyServe as the primary point of contact for indirect procurement activities across PCL, PCNT, and PFSCLead procurement planning activities, including reporting requirements to the companyConduct RFIs and RFPs, lead negotiations, and prepare supplier recommendations and approval documentationSupport sourcing committee activities, where applicableIdentify cost‑saving opportunities and analyze spend to enable tactical buying decisionsMaximize procurement efficiency through use of data, systems, and policy complianceVendor & Contract ManagementOversee vendor onboarding, performance management, and ongoing supplier relationshipsManage procurement contracts in line with PCL contract governance standardsEnsure proper governance, retention, and confidentiality of vendor files, contracts, and business‑sensitive informationProcesses, Systems & ReportingSupport procurement processes and systems,
