HCRA Ontario seeks a permanent, full time Legal Counsel focusing on litigation and regulatory enforcement. You will draft pleadings, represent the Authority at the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and advise on enforcement actions.
You must be called to the Bar of Ontario with at least three years post-call experience in civil, criminal, regulatory, or professional discipline litigation. Knowledge of the New Home Construction sector is an asset.
