PowerPoint)Experienced with SDLC methodology run projects from Requirement Gathering, Design, Testing, Documentation Training through Implementation and Post Live SupportPrevious experience in implementing business application of CRM, Loyalty Program, Ecommerce systems and integrationsClient-facing / Customer-facing experience to deliver solution overviews, webinars and trainingAbility to communicate, produce documentation, prepare and lead client sessions, etc.Robust ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion and simplify complex situationsSolid presentation, facilitation,
