This competition will be used to fill positions at the Administrative Assistant 3 level of varying employment opportunities. Some Administrative Assistant 3 positions are designated as bilingual. For these positions, the successful candidate must be able to read, write and verbally communicate fluently in both official languages (English and French).DutiesDuties may include:Providing administrative and secretarial support for executive and senior management including scheduling and meeting coordination, processing mail, receiving,



screening and directing inquiries; Maintaining paper and electronic filing and tracking systems; Managing a high traffic inbox and moderating document version control; Formatting, editing and proofing documents.Note: Duties are subject to vary based on position and can include providing other clerical/administrative support as required.QualificationsEssentialPost‑secondary education in an administrative field and/or experience performing various administrative, clerical and reception duties in an office type of environment such as, but not limited to: tracking correspondence, processing incoming and outgoing mail, filing, managing calendars and shared inboxes, coordinating meetings, answering phones, etc.Exceptional keyboarding proficiency, including the ability to produce extensive written material rapidly and with meticulous accuracy.Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook) or similar software applications.Solid written communication skills with experience drafting, proofreading,
