Salary: CAD $42.27/Hr. to $52.81/Hr.Mental Health Clinician – Boundaries Program (Vancouver, BC)Role within a multidisciplinary team: assess, coordinate care, and provide treatment for children 5‑12 exhibiting sexually inappropriate behavior. Provide consultation to clinicians, schools, and other providers; develop, implement, andadjust individualized treatment plans; deliver behavioral interventions, family sessions, parent groups, psychoeducation, and individual counseling.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.Deliver behavioral interventions and psychotherapy based on theoretical models.Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, pediatricians, and other professionals.Provide family education and group sessions.Communicate effectively with families, schools, child protection workers, and health staff.Maintain accurate client care records in the computerized system.Participate in case coordination and clinical supervision.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field.Minimum 3 years of recent,



related experience with children/youth in a mental health setting.Valid BC Driver’s License (personal vehicle use for travel may be required).Understanding of recovery principles and child mental health diagnosis and treatments.Knowledge of psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, community resources, and inter‑professional roles.Strong communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.Basic computer literacy for record‑keeping and communication.Ability to handle physical demands of the position.Other RequirementsHours of work may vary with operational needs.
