A/B Testing: Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance. Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to optimize website and landing page experiences, focusing on improving conversion rates. Audience Segmentation: Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to target specific customer segments with personalized and relevant messaging. Platform Management: Stay informed about updates and changes in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and implement best practices to maximize campaign effectiveness. Reporting:
Provide regular and actionable reports on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Skills Required
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in performance marketing or digital advertising are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and achieving measurable results. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms. Ad Campaign Management: Hands-on experience with ad campaign management platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and a deep understanding of their functionalities. Conversion Rate Optimization: Familiarity with conversion rate optimization techniques and strategies to improve user journeys and drive desired actions. A/B Testing Tools: Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies to optimize various elements of digital marketing campaigns.
