We strive to build confidence and value from local or community‑based peddlers to the most prominent international companies by providing customized solutions that deliver on all metal recycling and process needs.The Logistics Analyst supports Triple M Metal’s logistics organization by providing cross‑modal data analysis, KPI reporting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role collaborates closely with the Commercial, Operations, and Finance teams to identify cost‑saving opportunities, enhance process efficiency, and improve visibility across truck, rail, and ocean freight data. Reporting directly to the Director of Logistics, the Analyst is responsible for identifying process inefficiencies, implementing scalable solutions to improve data accuracy and visibility, automating reporting and freight audits, and ensuring logistics data flows accurately into the Mayer ERP system to support operation planning and financial control.At Triple M Metal we recognize that our growth and success is really in our people and teams. Automate recurring operational and financial reports for Logistics Management while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and visibility across transportation functions.Process Improvement & Automation– Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process simplification, automation, or system enhancements. Support development and documentation of routing logic, freight audit rules, and operational SOPs while collaborating with Operations, Finance, and IT teams to standardize processes and improve data governance.Project Coordination & Systems Support– Support implementation and continuous improvement of logistics systems and tools, including TMS, ERP, freight audit, and BI platforms. Coordinate project activities, timelines, testing, reporting, and stakeholder communication while tracking milestones, identifying risks, and supporting successful execution of improvement initiatives.Transportation Cost Control– Support freight cost validation, carrier charge review, and discrepancy resolution. Assist with freight accrual reporting, cost recovery, transportation spend analysis, and identification of opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and cost visibility.Training & Operational Enablement– Support training of Logistics Coordinators on systems, reporting tools, routing practices, and data standards. Develop and maintain SOPs, training documentation,



and process guides by transportation mode while supporting knowledge‑sharing and cross‑functional training initiatives.Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Responsibilities– Perform all duties in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and protected work practices. Report hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions promptly while supporting continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, environmental performance, and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics3-5 years’ experience in analysis/reporting in Supply Chain or LogisticsEnrolled or completed the Supply Chain Management designation (SCMP), Certified Logistics Professional (CCLP), APICS/ASCM CPIM or CLTDStrong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skillsExperience identifying cost‑saving and process improvement opportunitiesKnowledge of transportation and logistics operationsAdvanced Excel and MS Office skills; Power BI or Tableau preferredFamiliarity with SQL, Python, VBA, APIs, or AI/automation tools is an assetExperience with ERP and TMS systemsCommercial mindset with focus on efficiency, service, and profitabilityAbility to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environmentTriple M Metal LP is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome diversity in the workplace.
