Field Sales Representative – Calgary, AB

In-Person | No Experience Required

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Compensation: Weekly paid commissions, average $900–$1,300 per week

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking field sales representatives in Calgary to support a growing client in the residential home services industry. This role offers hands‑on sales experience, structured training, and performance-based weekly earnings.

No previous sales experience is required.

The Role

This is an in-person position focused on booking free residential assessments with homeowners. You will not be responsible for quoting prices, collecting payments, or performing installations.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage homeowners in assigned neighborhoods




- Explain the purpose of a free home assessment
- Schedule appointments for qualified households
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach

Company transportation and free office parking are provided.

Training & Support

- Hands‑on training
- Shadow experienced team members
- Ongoing coaching and clear performance expectations

Compensation & Schedule
