Work LocationBeaverton, Ontario, CanadaHours37.5 hours per weekLine of BusinessPersonal & Commercial BankingPay DetailsBase salary: $43,900 – $58,600 CAD per year.Department OverviewAt TD Canada Trust, we build long‑lasting relationships with customers through customer service transactions and advice on services, products, and solutions.Job DescriptionAs a Personal Banking Associate, you will guide customers to the appropriate staff member for resolving their financial queries and banking needs, including recent accounts, investment advice, and banking solutions.Typical Day May Look LikeEngage customers in daily advice, service transactions, digital education, and problem resolution.Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate contact person.Build confidence in digital banking by educating on mobile, ATM, and online banking.Support frontline staff with cash and non‑cash transactions; resolve critical issues; report non‑standard matters to management.Recommend improvements to work practices, branch operations,
