Senior Audit Manager – Commercial LendingBMO is in search of a qualified Senior Audit Manager with front line experience in lending within commercial or corporate lending and 5-6 years experience. You will support Commercial Lending with audit engagements to critically assess management and internal control processes, approving the nature, extent and timing of the audit, its execution and the formulation of insightful audit reports. You will report on audits to provide clear, concise and memorable insights on issues and potential issues to assist management in fulfilling mandates. This work provides vital assurance to the Board of Directors and senior management on the quality of internal control systems and reduces the risk of loss and reputational damage to the Company.Responsibilities include leading audit engagements, providing strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor, managing resources and executing strategic initiatives, developing business cases, acting as a subject matter expert, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, leading and developing a highly engaged team, maintaining the independence of the audit practice, utilizing data analytics in advisory engagements,
