Your Day-to-Day

Full P&L; ownership — revenue, labour, GP, and operating costs

Building and leading a high-performing, genuinely engaged management and team structure

Driving a guest experience

Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and operational excellence

Recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent at every level

Cultivating a team culture rooted in Rudy's values - passion, Pizza & people

Working closely with senior leadership to shape the direction and performance of your site

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume,



quality-led hospitality environment

Strong commercial acumen - confident with P&L;, budgets, forecasting, and driving a bottom line

An inspiring, people-first leader with a genuine track record of developing great teams

Uncompromising standards in guest experience, food safety, and operational delivery

Genuine alignment with the Rudy's brand, values, and Mission
