This role bridges business operations and data analytics, focusing on managing end-to-end projects related to resource consumption, usage tracking, and product lifecycle management.The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise along with hands-on SQL proficiency to extract, validate, and analyze data. You will play a key role in ensuring data-driven decision-making and operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects focused on product consumption, subscription lifecycle management,



and usage tracking from initiation through deliveryWrite and execute SQL queries to extract consumption data, identify trends, and generate performance reports for stakeholdersValidate consumption metrics by partnering with data and engineering teams; troubleshoot discrepancies and support UAT processesAct as a liaison between business, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment on consumption data and revenue goalsAnalyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using data insightsSupport the development and maintenance of dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholdersRequired Qualifications & Skills3-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related cross-functional roleStrong SQL proficiency (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries, aggregations) with the ability to independently query relational databasesAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or TableauStrong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsHigh attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process documentationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with cloud consumption models (Azure, AWS, or GCP Cloud) or SaaS subscription metricsFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.ComSalary Range: The salary for this position is between $80,000 - $110,000 CAD annually.
