Our client is undergoing a significant transformation following a recent acquisition and is looking for a hands on Business Transformation Consultant to help modernize and integrate the operation.
This is a hands on role working closely with senior leadership to understand current processes, identify inefficiencies and implement a more structured, scalable operating model.
Key Focus Areas
- Document and redesign finance and operational workflows.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Support a system migration.
- Review Order-to-Cash, AP/AR, purchasing, dispatch and month-end processes.
- Develop process documentation, workflows and operating procedures.
- Identify activities that can be centralized, automated or eliminated.
- Support systems, data and technology integration.
- Track transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Deliver tangible,
measurable outputs throughout the assignment.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in business transformation, consulting, project management or process improvement .
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash and finance processes .
- Hands on Sage Intacct / Sage 50 experience.
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, distribution or a highly operational environment is preferred.
- Comfortable working independently and getting into the details of how a business operates.
