LayerZERO Enterprise Communication enables Centralized Data Collection and Bidirectional Communication for the Entire PAD allowing for:

- 24-hour pad health monitoring and troubleshooting reducing complexity and downtime
- Remote completion capabilities with a singular shared timestamp
- Real-time LayerZERO to Edge Server across all frac operation services including in-between interoperable capture (Well Swap, Switches, Zipper, etc.) for critical path evaluation
Cold Bore delivers on the desire for Industry Standardized “clean” data foundation for completions’ technology and execution. Offering best practices of industry standardized format and enabling frac operations to be both Effective AND Efficient, not solely focused on NPT and avoiding extra costs, but more so the combined effectiveness with the results leading to better production, as well as efficiency. JOB OVERVIEW The Operations Administrator is a key support role within the Operations team, responsible for improving communication, task execution, and accountability across multiple operational groups. This position works closely with the COO, Operations Manager, RTOC Manager, and Intellisonic Product Line Manager to ensure priorities are tracked, commitments are completed, and operational initiatives move forward efficiently.
This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage competing priorities, coordinate across teams,
and bring structure to daily operational activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Execution & Accountability
- Support daily operations activities by coordinating priorities, tracking commitments, and ensuring timely execution.
- Maintain operational task trackers, action registers, and follow-up schedules.
- Monitor progress on assigned tasks and proactively communicate status updates, risks, and delays.
- Ensure ownership is clearly assigned for operational action items and deliverables.
- Assist leadership in identifying opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and execution.
Daily Operations Meeting Coordination
- Participate in daily morning operations meetings and support effective meeting execution.
- Identify and capture key discussions, decisions, action items, owners, and required completion dates.
- Maintain visibility of outstanding operational tasks and ensure follow-ups are scheduled.
- Coordinate recurring check-ins and review meetings to drive accountability and completion.
Leadership
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the COO, Operations Manager, RTOC Manager, and Intellisonic Product Line Manager.
- Assist with operational reporting, presentations, documentation, and project tracking.
- Help ensure alignment between engineering, operations, field teams, and leadership.
Cross-Functional Operations Support
- Work collaboratively with field operations, technical teams, product teams, and corporate functions.
- Support communication flow between departments to improve execution and reduce delays.
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of operational activities.
- Contribute to a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- 2+ years of experience in an oilfield operation (Frac, Wireline or other), administrative, project coordination, or similar support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic workplace.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with operational teams and leadership.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, task management platforms (Monday.com), and other reporting tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting operations in the oil & gas (Frac), energy, manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with field operations, service delivery, or technical product environments.
- Experience coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
