Atlas Site Services is a growing local property services company specializing in estate services, property transparent outs, junk removal, demolition and disposal, landscaping, pressure washing, and other property-related services.

We are looking for a reliable, practical, and organized Operations Helper / Driver to join our team on a part-time basis.

This position is a little different from a traditional labourer role. You’ll help keep our day-to-day operations moving by handling pickups and deliveries, organizing materials and equipment, completing recycling and donation runs, keeping vehicles and storage areas organized, and jumping in to help our crews when needed.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, can work independently, and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty when the job requires it.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Driving company vehicles and running errands
- Picking up and delivering materials, tools, and supplies
- Loading and unloading materials and supplies
- Sorting and separating materials from job sites
- Organizing tools, equipment, and company storage areas
- Taking recyclable and reusable materials to the appropriate facilities
- Identifying items and materials that can be recycled, donated, or recovered rather than disposed of
- Completing donation and recycling drop-offs
- Keeping company vehicles and work areas reasonably clean and organized
- Preparing materials and equipment for upcoming jobs
- Assisting with light-duty property and job-site tasks
- Assisting our crews when an extra set of hands is needed
- Performing other general operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable driving a company truck
- Trailer driving is not required (but is an asset)
- Reliable and punctual




- Comfortable working independently and completing errands and tasks without constant supervision
- Organized and able to keep track of tools, materials, and supplies
- Physically capable of lifting, loading, unloading, bending, and being on your feet
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
- Willing to get involved and help wherever needed
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions

Experience Previous experience in property services, construction, landscaping, junk removal, warehouse work, recycling, or similar work is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.

We’re more interested in finding someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is willing to learn.

Hours & Opportunity

This is a part-time position starting at approximately 18–24 hours per week.

We are open to keeping the position part-time long term. As Atlas Site Services continues to grow, there may also be an opportunity for the position to develop into full-time work for the right person who has the availability and wants additional hours.
