Stewardson Family Farms is looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined Maintenance & Operations Technician to join our growing agricultural team.

About the Role The Maintenance & Operations Technician will support daily maintenance, equipment upkeep, facility organization, and operational projects across multiple agricultural divisions.

The right candidate will gradually take on more responsibility as they learn our operation, systems, and team culture.

Responsibilities

● Complete daily maintenance and repair tasks

● Assist with preventative maintenance across farm equipment and facilities

● Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues

● Support organization of tools, parts, and shop areas

● Assist with facility upkeep and improvement projects

● Communicate repair needs and operational concerns with management





● Coordinate and prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day

● Work closely with team members across multiple farm division

Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:

● agricultural operations

● heavy equipment

● welding/fabrication

● mechanical repair

● electrical troubleshooting

● plumbing or facility maintenance

● industrial or farm maintenance

Schedule:

Primarily Monday–Friday daytime hours with flexibility required during seasonal demands and urgent operational situations.
