Bossy Glam Studio is seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations, team performance, and most importantly, revenue growth of the studio.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is confident, charismatic, competitive, money-motivated, and results-oriented. The ideal candidate has proven experience in sales and management, knows how to motivate a team, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving sales, increasing bookings and client retention, developing new business, improving team performance, controlling expenses, and creating strategies that make the studio more profitable.

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply manage what already exists — we want a leader who sees opportunities, takes initiative, solves problems, and creates growth.

This position also offers performance-based business incentives, giving the right candidate an opportunity to increase their earning potential as they help grow the business.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Bossy Glam Studio Inc.
- Drive sales, bookings, revenue, and overall business growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Identify new opportunities to attract new clients and generate business
- Build strong relationships with clients to increase retention, rebooking, and referrals
- Lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve sales and performance goals
- Monitor team performance and hold employees accountable for results
- Create and implement sales promotions and revenue-generating initiatives
- Track key performance areas including sales, bookings, retention, and revenue
- Identify opportunities to increase client spending and average ticket value
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory,



and other operational needs
- Help control expenses while maintaining a high-quality client experience
- Identify operational challenges and proactively create solutions
- Bring new ideas, creativity, and strategic thinking to the business
- Stay aware of trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
- Create a positive, energetic, and high-performing team environment
- Lead by example with a professional, confident, and bubbly personality
- Take ownership of business goals and work independently to get results
- Think like a business owner, constantly looking for ways to improve and grow the studio
