About the role

Trendy Career AE is recruiting on behalf of a Dubai-based fintech client that handles high-volume digital asset settlements across multiple jurisdictions. The firm needs an Operations Manager to run live trading accounts, secure storage infrastructure, and cross-border payment workflows. This is an execution-heavy role. We are looking for someone who has done this work in practice, not just studied it.

What you will do

- Execute trades, withdrawals, and transfers across centralized and decentralized platforms
- Build and maintain wallet infrastructure including hot storage, cold storage, multi-signature setups, and hardware devices
- Monitor and reconcile on-chain transactions across Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, and major EVM chains
- Resolve stuck or failed transactions using block explorers
- Assess counterparty risk, API integrations, and compliance checkpoints for trading venues and custodians
- Enforce strict operational security protocols for private keys and seed phrases
- Report directly to senior leadership on settlement status, platform risk, and infrastructure uptime

What you need

- 5+ years in financial operations, institutional treasury,



or digital asset management
- Direct experience operating accounts on Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Bybit, Uniswap, and dYdX
- Hands-on wallet administration: seed phrases, Ledger, Trezor, multi-sig configurations, and cold-to-hot transfers
- Proven ability to initiate, track, and resolve on-chain transactions across multiple networks
- Experience with institutional custody platforms such as Fireblocks, Copper, or Coinbase Prime, or equivalent self-custody OpSec at institutional standard
- Track record of handling individual transactions or operational cycles valued at $50,000 or more
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage
