We’re hiring an Operations Manager to keep our Vancouver team moving, focused, and performing at its best.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can turn moving parts into momentum, improve processes without making everything feel bureaucratic, and bring calm, clarity, and energy to a fast-paced business.

What You’ll Lead

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the engine behind effective day-to-day operations. You’ll work across teams, support people, solve problems early, and make sure plans actually become results.

- Lead daily business operations and help teams stay aligned on priorities.
- Improve workflows, processes, and systems to drive operational efficiency.
- Monitor performance, KPIs, resources, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with leadership, marketing, sales, and client-facing teams.
- Identify roadblocks, solve operational challenges, and keep projects moving.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and performance development for team members.
