Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Operations Supervisor role located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada.

The Operations

Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring that services are delivered with efficiency, quality, and in alignment with company standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising cleaning and maintenance teams, monitoring performance,



resolving operational issues, optimizing processes, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Collaboration and leadership will be integral to this position.

Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory and Leadership Skills to effectively manage and motivate teams
- Experience in Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on enhancing processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and identifying process improvements
- Excellent Communication Skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic workplace and resolve operational challenges effectively
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISSA's CIMS GB, BOMA, ISO) is an asset
- Knowledge of the facility maintenance industry is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory or operations role preferred
