If you are a PSW who wants meaningful work, a team that has your back, and a career — not just a shift — we want to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will provide one-to-one care to clients in their homes — supporting their health, comfort, and independence every day.Provide personal care and hygiene assistanceSupport mobility, transfers, and secure movement — including mechanical liftsAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, and toiletingPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when requiredProvide companionship, conversation, and emotional supportMonitor client wellbeing and report changes in condition to the care teamFollow individualized care plans and document care activities accuratelySupport clients with light household tasks related to their careAccompany clients during outings or appointments when requiredEvery visit is different.
