Join an innovative engineering‑focused organization where you’ll work closely with engineers and scientists to fabricate tight‑tolerance prototype components that directly support product development.Who you are:5+ years of experience machining high‑precision plastic and metal components to tolerances of ±0.0005” or better.Solid manual machining background with the ability to set up and program CNC multi‑axis machining centers.Proficient with CAD/CAM software such as Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and 3D models.Solid understanding of cutting tools, materials, feeds/speeds, and fixture design for prototype and tool‑making applications.What you’ll do:Fabricate prototype components, fixtures, and assemblies supporting microfluidic and instrument development efforts.Set up, program,



and operate CNC and manual machining equipment, including mills and surface grinders.Design and build jigs, fixtures, and gauges to ensure accuracy, repeatability, and efficient prototyping.Collaborate with engineers and mold‑makers to support rapid iteration, design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.CompensationCompensation is determined by several factors, including skillset, experience level, and education.
