Join Georgian Bay General Hospital as an Ophthalmology Specialist, where excellent care is personal. We are looking for an Ophthalmic surgeon who is licensed in Ontario, with a Royal College fellowship within the last seven years.

Your responsibilities will include comprehensive eye care, cataract surgery, and laser therapies, all while fostering patient relationships in a supportive community.

Experience with Retinopathy of Prematurity exams is an asset. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outpatient care including eye examinations and surgical procedures
- Offer consultations and on-call services regionally
- Conduct minor procedures and trauma care
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools for patient assessment
- Deliver care with an ethical, compassionate approach

Requirements:

- Royal College fellowship in Ophthalmology
- Strong communication and team-oriented skills
- Eligible for membership at Georgian Bay General Hospital
- Active engagement in professional development
- Desire to build a practice in Midland area
