Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their optical needs through engaging conversations.
- Assist clients in selecting suitable frames based on face shape, style preferences, and lifestyle requirements.
- Measure and verify prescription details to ensure precise lens fitting and optimal vision correction.
- Prepare and fit lenses into frames accurately, ensuring comfort and proper alignment.
- Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and proper eyewear maintenance to promote long-term satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all optical equipment is functioning correctly.




- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels of frames, lenses, and accessories.

Qualifications

- Optician or in optical retail is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Attention to detail for precise measurements and lens fitting procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Knowledge of optical products, lens types, and frame styles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations may be preferred depending on jurisdiction.
