Location: Toronto, Canada – Hybrid

Experience: 5–8 years for Intermediate Developers | 10+ years for Senior Developers / Tech Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCM / ECM Developer to design, develop, enhance, and support enterprise analytical and compliance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle FCCM, OFSAA/ECM or similar enterprise analytical platforms, along with hands-on experience in Unix, Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL, scheduling tools, system integration, APIs, and DevOps/CI/CD.

Senior candidates should also demonstrate technical design, architecture collaboration, stakeholder management, and technical leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, enhance, and support Oracle FCCM, ECM, OFSAA, or similar analytical applications.
- Develop and maintain application components using SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, and Shell Scripting.
- Design and implement data analytics solutions, data processing workflows, and end-to-end analytical application capabilities.
- Develop and support system integrations and API integrations across enterprise platforms.
- Work with scheduling and batch-processing tools such as AutoSys and Control-M.




- Implement and support DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for application development, deployment, and release management.
- Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies and utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, JTMF, and ERWIN.
- Collaborate with application architects, business analysts, QA/testing teams, PMO, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Produce detailed technical design documents, specifications, and implementation approaches.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience for Intermediate Developers; 10+ years for Senior Developers / Tech Leads.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle FCCM, Oracle ECM, OFSAA, or similar enterprise analytical/compliance platforms.
- Robust expertise in:
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Unix/Linux
- Shell Scripting
- AutoSys and/or Control-M
- System Integration and API Development
- DevOps and CI/CD
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, JTMF, and ERWIN.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
