Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Security Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Security Lead to oversee, design, and manage end-to-end security architecture across our Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud environment. In this role, you will be responsible for defining role-based access control (RBAC), driving security compliance, and ensuring robust governance across all HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain custom Security Roles (Job, Duty, Abstract, and Data Roles) aligned with organizational segregation of duties (SoD) policies.
- Lead security administration within Security Console, manage data access sets, and configure security profiles across global human resources, payroll, and talent modules.
- Conduct regular security audits, user access reviews, and remediation activities to address vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.




- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and impact analyses on existing roles.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for troubleshooting security access issues, role customizations, and privilege assignments.

Qualifications & Experience

- Total Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience working with Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Domain Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security.
- Deep functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Advantages, Absence Management, etc.).
- Proven track record of designing custom roles, configuring security profiles, and executing SoD matrices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
