We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits. The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience, strong functional and technical knowledge, and experience working with Fast Formula (FF) . Canadian Benefits experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and support Oracle Benefits modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to translate business requirements into Oracle HCM solutions.
- Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas related to Benefits.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Support integrations and technical components related to Advantages.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot Benefits configuration and production issues.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Benefits .
- 2–3 successful Oracle Benefits implementations.
- Strong Fast Formula experience.
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM Benefits configuration and business processes.
- Strong techno-functional skills with the ability to work across functional and technical areas.
- Experience with testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Canadian Benefits implementation experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with Canadian payroll/HR business processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project setting.
