Position: Oracle HCM Security Lead
Location: Ontario / Toronto-Canada Hybrid
Duration: Long Term Contract
:
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM .
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security .
- Solid knowledge of Oracle HCM security roles, privileges, and data access.
- Experience in configuring and managing Job Roles, Duty Roles, and Data Roles .
- Hands-on experience with security profiles and role-based access.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve HCM security and access issues.
- Work with functional and technical teams to understand security requirements.
- Support security configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
