Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HCM Cloud Security Lead with strong expertise in Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM and hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security configurations across Oracle HCM Cloud.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of experience with Oracle HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM security architecture and security models
- Experience configuring roles, privileges, data security, and access controls
- Hands-on experience with Job Roles, Abstract Roles, and Duty Roles
- Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Experience with HCM Data Roles and Security Profiles
- Experience with Person, Position, Organization, and Location security




- Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Advantages, Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Management
- Experience with security testing, troubleshooting, and access provisioning
- Ability to analyze security requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM security configurations
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud security design and implementation.
- Configure and maintain HCM roles, privileges, data roles, and security profiles.
- Review and troubleshoot security/access issues.
- Work with functional and technical teams to define appropriate security controls.
- Support security testing, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and least-privilege access.
- Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM security best practices.
