Job Title: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant – Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle HCM Benefits) to join our team on-site in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, leading key implementations, configuring complex benefit plans, and writing advanced Fast Formulas.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM Benefits solutions.
- Write, modify, and troubleshoot complex Fast Formulas (FF) for eligibility, coverage, rate calculations, and enrollment rules.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to analyze Canadian perks processes, translate operational needs into technical designs, and recommend best practices.
- Develop custom technical components, data migrations, integrations, and reports (HDL, PBL, OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Drive system integration testing (SIT),



user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live operational support.

Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 7–8 years of hands-on technical and functional experience in HR technology consulting, with a focus on Benefit modules.
- Implementations: Successfully led 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits (or equivalent enterprise HCM benefit modules).
- Fast Formula Expertise: Advanced hands-on experience writing and optimizing Fast Formulas (FF) for complex benefit logic.
- Regional Knowledge: Prior exposure to Canadian benefits administration, compliance, and payroll practices is strongly preferred.
- Location: Must be willing and eligible to work on-site in the Toronto, Ontario area.
- Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional technical problem-solving capabilities.
