We are seeking a Full Time Orchestration (SSIS) Developer with strong experience in MS SQL Server, SSIS, data development, data pipelines, and banking document processing. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, integrate, and support complex data processing solutions while collaborating with offshore and cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain data pipelines using MS SQL Server, SSIS, and related tools
- Design and optimize stored procedures, functions, and complex SQL queries
- Develop data processing solutions using DTS/SSIS and VB.NET scripting
- Work with XML, CSV, fixed-length, and delimited data formats
- Design templates for data file preprocessing, parsing, transformation, and aggregation
- Analyze complex business requirements and create technical specifications
- Support banking document data processing including statements, Canadian taxes, and cheque processing
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, QA support, debugging, and root cause analysis




- Review code changes and ensure adherence to development standards
- Work with GitLab, CI/CD, and related DevOps tools
- Coordinate with offshore teams and resolve technical issues
- Provide accurate estimates for project timelines, resources, and dependencies
- Mentor junior developers and trainees
- Assist with solution architecture, standards, and end-to-end workflow integration

Required Skills

- 5+ years of data development experience
- Advanced MS SQL Server, RDBMS, and SQL expertise
- Robust Stored Procedures and Functions experience
- Hands-on SSIS/DTS experience
- Strong VB.NET scripting knowledge
- Experience with XML, CSV, fixed-length, and delimited data
- Knowledge of GitLab and CI/CD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Banking/financial services domain experience preferred
- Experience with banking statements, Canadian taxes, and cheque processing
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
