What You'll Do

This is a hybrid position combining field sales and in-office support.

You'll be responsible for

- Building and growing your own dealer portfolio throughout your assigned territory
- Traveling regularly to meet with current and prospective customers
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintaining strong relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
- Presenting new products, promotions, and Armed Wheels collections
- Working closely with our inside sales and customer support teams
- Managing your pipeline and customer activity within our CRM
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals & metrics
- Representing ATW Distributors and Armed Wheels at industry events, trade shows, and dealer visits

- Loves building relationships and earning new business
- Enjoys traveling throughout Alberta and Western Canada




- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Is organized and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Takes ownership of their territory and treats it like their own business
- Has a passion for trucks, cars, wheels, tires, or the automotive aftermarket

Preferred Experience

- Outside sales experience
- Automotive aftermarket or wholesale distribution experience
- Wheel and tire industry knowledge is considered a major asset
- CRM and Microsoft Office/Google Suite experience
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation, cold calling (in person and on the phone), and direct sales strategies within a competitive marketplace

This is a full time in person permanent position requiring a valid Class 5 Drivers Licence with a clean driving record and the ability to lift up to 50lbs (if handling wheel/tire samples during dealer visits).
