We are expanding across Canada and are looking for ambitious, independent sales professionals who want to represent an innovative security solution with robust earning potential and high returns per successful sale.

The Opportunity

This is a 100% commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential.

We are looking for sales professionals who are comfortable developing their own territory, generating opportunities, building relationships, and closing business.

This position may be especially attractive to established independent sales representatives who already have relationships within security, retail, construction, insurance, commercial property, or related industries and want to add a complementary product line to their portfolio.

There is no cap on commissions. The more business you develop, the more you earn.

Target Markets

You will have the opportunity to sell Phantom Fog solutions into a wide range of commercial markets, including:

● Jewellery stores and luxury retailers

● Cannabis dispensaries

● Pharmacies

● Convenience stores

● Electronics and cellular retailers

● Automotive dealerships

● High-end retail

● Warehouses and distribution facilities

● Commercial and industrial properties

● Financial and high-security locations





● Other businesses vulnerable to burglary and smash-and-grab theft

Responsibilities

As a Phantom Fog Sales Representative, you will:

● Develop new business opportunities within your Canadian territory

● Prospect and identify businesses that would benefit from security fog protection

● Present and demonstrate Phantom Fog solutions

● Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers

● Develop relationships with security dealers, integrators and other industry partners

● Manage opportunities from initial contact through closing

● Maintain and develop your sales pipeline

● Represent the Phantom Fog brand professionally

● Identify larger accounts and multi-location opportunities

● Work with Phantom Fog management and technical resources when required to help close opportunities

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for hungry, entrepreneurial salespeople who are motivated by results rather than a fixed salary.

The ideal candidate has

● Proven B2B sales experience

● Strong prospecting and closing skills

● Confidence communicating with business owners and senior decision-makers

● Ability to work independently and manage a territory

● Excellent relationship-building skills

● A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

● Desire to build a substantial recurring pipeline of opportunities

Experience in security systems, alarms, CCTV, access control, loss prevention, retail, commercial construction, insurance, telecommunications, automotive, or technology sales is highly desirable but not mandatory.

Existing industry relationships are a major advantage.
