Shifts include night, day, and weekend.Start DateAs soon as possible.BenefitsFinancial benefitsOther benefitsRSP matchingEducation & ExperienceSecondary (high) school graduation certificate. 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.Work SettingRestaurant, Hotel, Resort.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and present breakfast items for à la carte and/or buffet service according to recipes and standards.Follow all recipes and plating procedures consistently.Complete daily prep according to par levels and notify supervisor of shortages.Assist with banquet and group breakfast preparation as required.Maintain full knowledge of menu items; participate in daily features and promotions.Ensure proper food rotation (FIFO), labeling, and dating of all products.Receive and properly store deliveries to minimize waste and spoilage.Operate and understand POS system, expediting,
