Project Administrator PositionWe are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Project Administrator to join our team. The role involves managing document control, coordinating field and equipment logistics, and supporting project management activities to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. The position is based in a hybrid model with offices in Ontario and is a regular, full‑time opportunity.ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage logistics for project‑related activities, including fieldwork, meetings, site visits, and events.Coordinate the shipment and delivery of project materials and equipment.Provide timely and effective logistics support to project teams.Track and maintain health and safety records and field equipment listings.Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all documents are up‑to‑date and accessible.Ensure compliance with document control standards and procedures, tracking revisions and approvals.Arrange travel accommodations for project team members, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.Manage travel itineraries, ensuring arrangements are cost‑effective and within budget.Coordinate travel schedules and resolve any travel‑related issues.Assist project managers in tracking project progress and milestones.Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.Coordinate project meetings,
prepare meeting agendas and minutes.Adapt flexibly to changing project requirements and priorities.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Strong attention to detail.Preferred QualificationsDiploma or certificate in Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.Prior experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar role.Proficiency with document control systems.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.Knowledge of archaeology or cultural heritage is considered an asset, but is not required.Additional InformationCompany‑paid relocation is not available for this position.Sponsorship for Canadian employment authorization is not available for this position.CompensationCAD 45,000 – CAD 60,000 per year, based on education, qualifications, experience, and work location.Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal‑opportunity employer; all information will bekept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
