Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site repairs and diagnostics for equipment
• Engage with customers to explain service and maintenance needs
• Participate in training sessions and customer service clinics




• Ensure proper parts inventory management with the Parts Department
• Follow safety protocols and complete necessary documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on repair experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate diagnostic tools

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Capable of lifting 75lbs and managing equipment operations
