Insight Global is looking to hire Personal Lines Sales Representatives to support one of our insurance brokerage clients. The Personal Lines Sales Representative partners with Account Managers to provide efficient and supportive services to clients. This includes educating clients on personal insurance products, providing tailored coverage recommendations based on individual needs and risk profiles, and following up on leads, conducting policy reviews, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. This is a business development role. The qualified candidate will need to generate current business by closing sales opportunities, and developing relationships with prospective clients; while meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Valid RIBO license (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)



2-3 years of insurance sales Proven ability to demonstrate sales-skill (achieving revenue targets) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Onsite 5x each week in one of the GTA offices Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
