Maximum Security is seeking a professional, dependable, and bilingual Overnight Security Operator to join our growing team. This is a full-time overnight position responsible for monitoring security, fire, and medical accounts, responding to suspicious activity, and coordinating with police, security personnel, clients, and first responders.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly attentive to detail, comfortable working with technology, and able to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written situations.

Position Responsibilities

· Monitor camera systems and real-time security, fire, and medical accounts.

· Identify and assess suspicious activity or potential criminal intent.

· Dispatch police, security personnel, or other appropriate responders in accordance with established protocols.

· Communicate professionally and confidently with clients, first responders, and team members.

· Follow established procedures and protocols with accuracy and attention to detail.

· Work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

· Maintain clear and accurate incident reports and documentation.

· Provide thorough and accurate shift-to-shift information to ensure continuity of operations.

· Respond appropriately to changing situations and priorities.

· Adapt quickly to updates or changes in company protocols and procedures.

· Accept direction, coaching, and feedback from supervisors and management.

Schedule & Availability
