Duties

- Serve as the primary point of contact for families arriving during overnight hours, providing warm and qualified guest services.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, relay messages, and coordinate with team members efficiently.
- Assist families with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring the front desk area and adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to address guest needs promptly and resolve any issues that arise during overnight shifts.
- Keep detailed records of guest interactions, incidents, and other relevant activities to ensure smooth operations.




- Support multilingual or bilingual families by providing clear communication in their preferred language, enhancing overall guest experience.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles—hotel experience is highly valued.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to interact confidently with diverse populations.
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for record-keeping and documentation.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve a diverse community effectively.
- Comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of guest services best practices and hospitality standards is a plus.
