We are seeking a Packaging Lead to join our production team. In this role, you will work hands-on with our packaging line, canning, kegging, labeling, and preparing beer for distribution, while supervising and supporting our packaging assistants to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
This is a fast-paced, physically active position, ideal for someone who takes pride in operational excellence, maintaining quality standards, and leading a small team. You will also assist with general brewery tasks and local deliveries as needed, providing support wherever the brewery requires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our packaging operations: kegging, running canning lines & labeling machines.
- Ensure every batch meets our high-quality standards—correct fills, date codes, and packaging are all to product specification.
- Train and guide packaging crew members; maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist with general brewery duties as needed, such as cleaning, equipment upkeep,
and other hands-on tasks.
- Help with deliveries when schedules require (local deliveries, occasional heavy lifting).
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and SOP standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in a brewery packaging line is preferred
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills are an important asset.
- Strong attention to detail, safety, and cleanliness.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle varying temperatures.
- Versatile, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever the brewery needs you.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 24.0 per week
