Position: Marketing Expert — Paid Growth (AI Agent Environments)

Type: Contract Compensation: $60–$100/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

- Design task briefs from real paid acquisition work. Define the task's true test, planted issues, and expected decisions.
- Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
- Review and judge AI agent attempts against established standards.
- Diagnose campaign performance, allocate budgets, and optimize web and pricing journeys.
- Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications Must-Have

- Hands-on practitioner experience in paid acquisition.




- Fluent in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics 4.
- Clear written reasoning skills.

Preferred

- Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
- Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
